How long after hernia surgery till i can snowboard?
I had inguinal hernia surgery back in December and have planned a snowboarding trip for January. The surgeon said i would be fine to go snowboarding after four weeks which is when our trip starts, but i just want some other opinions.. Has anyone else been in this situation? What do you think?
