She said it all!! I love that letter!!! I totally agree!

9-11 not an inside job? Explain why that huge plane that hit the pentagon didn't leave any skid marks on the ground? Why there were parts of that "plane" found in the area that did not even COME from that plane? Why there were no more pieces found then there were? Why two planes hitting the twin towers could make such an explosion and fire that EVERYTHING was incinerated? It would have taken much more than jet fuel. There's more to it than we are being told. I DO believe it was an inside job. It was planned.

Just a little bit more here. Some erroneous information above. We are talking about parole, which means this person has already been convicted of a crime. As such, he is not entitled to legal representation. Basic stipulations of parole is automatic by the board, but specifics are determined by the parole officer in charge of his case. If it is deemed to be severely harsh, it can be appealed to the supervisor of the parole office for a determination, but in most circumstances, unusual stipulations are discussed ahead of time by the PO to cover his own backside. In a case as this though, I would either ask for a determination, take it as it is or just finish the nickle and come out free. I hope this helps and you can find it useful

wow. Looks like you had allot of thought to this. My thoughts to this. People have been drinking milk for positively centuries and millenia. If you like it, drink it. If you don't, don't.

I'm for the DP, and here's why:

-it serves due justice (the punishment fits the crime), and serving due justice is the NO.1 job of a court of law
-it shows that we are tough on crime
-it gets bang for the taxpayers buck
-criminals given the DP have a 0% recidivism rate
-It holds people responcible for the horrible content of their character. This fulfills what MLKJ always wanted: judge not by the color of your skin, but by the content of your character. The characterof these criminals warrants death
-It holds the criminal responcible for his actions
-appeals and shit aside, it's cheaper then prison
-it decreases the prison population, which saves even more taxpayers money
-it decreases the prison population, which saves even more taxpayers money
-Because the death penalty is the punishment given by a neutrel judge, there is no vengance in it. Therefore, there is no moral objection to be had with the death penalty.
-The death penalty establishes a mentality that "we will not tolerate any violation of any innocent person's human right's"
-It is a terrific deterrent to violent crimes when it is carried out swiftly, as the United states proved when we had the pre 1960's DP system, and as China is proving today. On the other hand, European countries only have 65 less deaths per 100,000 people per year, despite having millions and millions less people

I was with her on the first 1/4, but she lost me when she started in on the crazy conspiracy theories. Like so many well-intentioned people, she didn't stop soon enough.

I admited to using marijuana in high school. It was basically just put into my medical record, it did not affect me getting my security clearance. I got a Secret right away, and for the job at this base I needed a Top Secret which I also got no problem.

I know alot of people who did not admit it and the military never found out. There is no way they can. Personally, since it is no longer an existing record, I would not mention it.

Speeding tickets won't hurt you either. I had 8. Hey it was a long commute to school, who actually drives 55 in a 55 zone anyways? lol

Don't let them scare you into spilling it all at the recruiter/MEPS. They are all just talk.

This isn't a question, it's a diatribe. Rehab only works if the person wants to go.

Drug rehab is something you shouldn't bring up unless you are required to say whether or not you have been. In my limited employment experience in CA, most jobs do not specifically ask about rehab or past drug use. They will do a background check to see if you have any previous convictions, and a drug test to see if you are currently on drugs. Some jobs with intense background checks (like police or police dispatchers) will ask about your past drug use in detail.

I believe you do have to notify a current employer if you go into drug rehab, but you probably need to give no more information than that you need to take a medical leave. In my employee handbook it says that the company supports employees who go to rehab for substance abuse problems.
